Patient Representative - Haverstraw

Assist with daily reception activities, manage telephone and mail contact, and schedule appointments while handling fee collection and insurance verification. Communicate effectively with diverse populations regarding service access, explain charges, and distribute patient materials including satisfaction cards and rights documentation. Ensure all processes are initiated in compliance with systems and job standards. Full-time position in Haverstraw, NY with a sliding scale fee structure. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
