Job Summary
Greet and support clients at the welcome desk, managing check-ins, check-outs, and waiting area tours. Collect and verify paperwork, consents, and insurance information while scheduling appointments in real-time and through the online platform. Process benefit checks, collect copays, and set up payment plans. Manage the full client schedule, anticipating needs days in advance and optimizing daily flow. Prepare the office, manage inventory, and handle phone triage to coordinate team tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED w/ 2+ years experience in a related field
- Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Products
- Strong computer skills
- preferred familiarity with EMRs
