Job Summary
Oversees Patient Reported Outcomes/PRO program activities within Clinical Program Development, ensuring timely, cost-effective PRO Standards and processes. Owns the Vault PRO Library including licensing, translation requirements, and training. Collaborates with PRO owners, Outsourcing, HEOR, Data Sciences and clinical teams to drive PRO/ePRO implementation during Study Start Up, providing strategic and technical training to the CPD organization. Supervises PRO management associates to foster an inclusive, innovative environment. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field and at least 6 years of global clinical research or project management experience, with 2+ years hands-on PRO/outcomes research experience. Demonstrates leadership, strong communication, and cross-functional relationship-building, with familiarity in SOPs and GCP. This role operates within a global environment and supports PRO activities across multiple therapeutic areas; compensation range and benefit details are provided by AbbVie. The job is in North Chicago, IL with a hybrid remote arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of global clinical research or project management experience
- Must have knowledge and minimum 2 year hands on and relevant experience with Patient Reported Outcomes or outcomes research
- Competent in application of standard business procedures (Standard Operating Procedures) and understand the global environment from an operations and regulatory/ (GCP) Good Clinical Practices perspective
