Patient Rep I - Louisville

Based in Louisville, supports patient registration, admission and scheduling; travels to Western Kentucky clinics 2-3 days per week. Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, identifying correct patient, handling isolation precautions for infectious indicators; provides customer service to patients, families, staff and external agencies; ensures HIPAA confidentiality; completes documents and questionnaires for regulatory compliance; contributes to Revenue Cycle, Health Information Management, and Regulatory by accurately entering data into the appropriate system; communicates needs to management and suggests system improvements. Key skills include high-quality patient interactions, accuracy in data entry, knowledge of privacy and compliance policies, ability to travel between clinics, and ability to work with diverse teams. Required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
