Job Summary
Serve as the main point of contact for patients and families when care or outcomes do not meet expectations, functioning as a professional liaison with internal departments. Identify and resolve patient and family member concerns regarding services and staff while maintaining cooperative work relationships to respond quickly. Document interactions clearly, interpret policies and procedures for visitors, and actively assist with patient satisfaction surveys and grievance plans. Work independently with strong organizational skills to establish priorities and solve problems assertively. Bachelor's degree in social work, business, nursing, psychology, or related science required; Master's preferred. Salary range $24.00 - $38.50 for 40 weekly hours on day shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, business, nursing, psychology or other applicable science
- six years equivalent work experience within internal patient-related, customer service hospital experience
