Job Summary
Patient Relations Specialist to enhance patient care and experience at Emplify Health. Responsibilities include collaborating with leaders, providers, and staff to identify and implement improvements in patient care, conducting patient satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback to develop action plans, applying system-level thinking to improve experiences, promoting empathy in all patient interactions, and providing staff trainings on human connection and effective communication. The role requires 3-4 years of healthcare or customer-service experience, direct patient care experience, proficiency with Excel and/or Power BI for data analysis and reporting, strong public speaking skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Schedule is 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with occasional after-hours work, onsite at the Front Street Office in La Crosse, WI. Starting compensation is $56,000/year with potential for higher pay based on experience.
