Job Summary
Facilitates patient onboarding and transition to infusion services; coordinates with sales, pharmacy, and nursing to sequence discharge and secure necessary documentation; assists patients with upfront payments and identifies financial-assistance options; supports ongoing claims workflow including follow-up on paperwork and denial management; performs special assignments as needed in collaboration with the Patient Registration Supervisor/Manager. On-site coordination and cross-functional teamwork are essential to ensure a smooth transition to Option Care Health services.
Required Qualifications
