Patient Registration Representative (Sunday to Wednesday Day Shift)

First-point-of-contact for patients as a Patient Access Representative responsible for registration, insurance verification, and front-desk coordination to ensure timely access to care. You will greet patients and families, collect accurate demographics, navigate multiple computer systems to register, collect co-pays, provide cost estimates, and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to maintain smooth patient flow. Training is provided, and no healthcare background is required to begin. This is an on-site, Sunday-to-Wednesday day-shift role based in Austin, TX.
