Patient Registration Representative Lead

Job Summary
Lead the Patient Registration team by supporting the supervisor with inpatient/outpatient registrations, ensuring accurate patient identification, demographics, and financial data. Act as a training resource for staff, serve as an Epic super user, help resolve workflow and throughput issues with clinical teams, monitor queues and assign accounts, and assist with projects to improve registration workflows. Responsibilities include leading in the supervisor's absence, facilitating staff education and orientation, handling co-payments/deposits, maintaining cash drawers, and contributing to standardization of workflows and customer-service excellence within the health system.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- 3 or more years of experience admitting/patient registration, pre-registration & pre-certification, or patient accounting experience
- 1 or more years of experience of customer service
