Patient Registration Rep - PRN

Patient Registration Rep handles inpatients and outpatients registrations, obtaining patient identification, demographics and insurance information to accurately register encounters. Responsible for POS collections, balancing cash drawer, greeting patients/families, and ensuring proper consent and insurance forms are completed. Enters information into the computer system with accurate spelling, interprets hospital policies, and supports MSPQ and admission processes. Requires daytime availability during weekdays (Mon-Fri) and a focus on customer service within a healthcare setting.
