Patient Registration - Customer Service Representative

Conduct patient registration by answering phones, gathering accurate information, and navigating diverse insurance plans while working across multiple computer systems. Assist ill or anxious patients with confidence, adapt to clinical interruptions during urgent care situations, and build rapport to ease patient concerns in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service experience, and the ability to pass background checks, with training provided for those without a healthcare background. You will work at LifePoint North Alabama Medical Center on a PRN basis with a minimum of 48 hours monthly and 24 hours on call.
