Patient Registration - Customer Service Representative at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital. Shift 9:00 am to 9:00 pm with rotating weekends. You will be the first friendly face patients meet at check-in, register patients across multiple computer systems, answer questions with confidence and compassion, gather accurate information quickly, navigate diverse insurance plans (with training), and build rapport to ease patient concerns.
