Patient Registration - Customer Service Representative

Part-time Patient Registration Customer Service Representative at R1 in a hospital setting. You will be the first friendly face patients meet during check-in, helping navigate the registration process, answering questions with confidence and compassion, and gathering accurate information in a fast-paced environment. Training provided for healthcare onboarding. Shift is Monday–Friday 10:30 pm–6:30 am with holidays as needed. You’ll move between computer screens, phones, and in-person interactions while supporting patients’ insurance coverage details and coordinating with clinical teams. No healthcare background required—training will be provided.
