Job Summary
Greet and assist patients as the first point of contact, helping them navigate registration and scheduling while collecting and verifying personal, medical, and insurance details. Coordinate appointments by confirming visits and providing reminders, and support telehealth services through patient education and technical assistance. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining patient confidentiality and assisting with forms and documentation. This role is based in the Anchorage, AK office and requires a high school diploma, scheduling experience, and proficiency with EHR systems. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
