Patient Registrar - Multispecialty - Westchester Medical Group - Scarsdale, NY

Register patients for a variety of procedures and appointments, collecting demographics, insurance information, and ensuring proper scheduling. You will record patient history while obtaining pre-certification and authorization, serving as a calm, reassuring presence to patients navigating their hospital experience. This full-time daytime role at the Scarsdale location requires on-site presence with flexibility to cover other Westchester Medical Group locations as needed. Preferred experience includes Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, familiarity with medical procedures/regulations/terminology, and Epic systems, all aimed at delivering patient-first service in a busy healthcare environment.
