Job Summary
Manage and create patient accounts for services rendered, including the creation of medical records. Engage in revenue cycle roles by verifying patient demographic information, supporting financial compliance with insurance eligibility responses, and counseling on payment options. Perform duties requiring critical thinking, prioritization, and proficiency in navigating computerized systems while interacting with patients, families, and the care team. This part-time role involves a 24-hour day shift with a high school diploma or GED preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service setting
