Patient Recruitment Specialist - Clinical Research

Hybrid Patient Recruitment Specialist role at Flourish Research supporting cardiology, endocrinology, internal medicine, and other areas. Responsibilities include daily recruitment activities for assigned enrolling protocols, conducting thorough phone screening, scheduling daily participant visits, identifying potential subjects from the research database for Phase I–IV FDA-regulated trials, entering medical history and demographic information into the database, requesting medical reports, communicating with community physicians and staff about study protocols, assisting with database maintenance, preparing and mailing recruitment materials to offices, and performing other duties as assigned. Required skills include impeccable organization and attention to detail, professionalism, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, ethical judgment, high-level critical thinking, proficiency with computers/Microsoft Office, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
