Job Summary
Provide direct inpatient physical therapy, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, address patient concerns, build meaningful relationships with patients, and support recovery. Emphasizes understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs within a well-equipped inpatient rehab setting. Requirements include state licensure, CPR certification, and a Master’s Degree (preferred) or a Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience; ongoing professional development and a caring, collaborative approach are valued.
Required Qualifications
