Job Summary
Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients in need, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery and celebrate progress in an inpatient rehabilitation setting at Encompass Health. Demonstrate collaboration with a team, utilize up-to-date therapeutic approaches and equipment, and contribute to high-quality, compassionate care delivered from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience
