Patient Recovery Occupational Therapist

Provide direct inpatient occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support functional recovery and positive outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment, utilize assessment data to target patient concerns, celebrate patient progress, and contribute to a patient-centered care approach using available technology.
