Harbor Health seeks a Patient Reception Specialist for its Park Bend clinic in Austin, TX. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in medical terminology and insurance practices
- Proficient in Google Suite and practice EMR systems
- Competency in basic arithmetic and balancing figures
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Flexibility to handle shifting priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
- Current BLS Certification for healthcare providers (preferred)
