Patient Outreach Representative (Remote)

Process scheduling work assignments efficiently while adhering to compliance requirements. Initiate contact with patients via the Scheduler Grid to pre-register and schedule unscheduled appointments. Conduct clinical screenings and communicate insurance benefits, estimated costs, and payment options as needed. Triage and transfer calls when necessary. Maintain a collaborative, empathetic demeanor when interacting with patients, physicians, and co-workers. Attend mandatory in-person training at the North Arlington center before beginning permanent remote work.
