Job Summary

Monitor patients remotely from the central command centre using advanced telemonitoring technology to ensure their safety and well-being. Communicate with patients through remote channels, offering reassurance, support, and assistance as required. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient observations and interactions while prioritizing tasks effectively. Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other technology platforms efficiently to address patient needs and concerns promptly. Collaborate closely with the healthcare team, escalating critical situations for prompt response and resolution. Demonstrate flexibility in working different shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the organization's needs.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Possession of a medical certificate or any relevant medical education
  • Previous experience in customer service, front-facing roles, or administrative positions
  • Exposure to fast-paced environments with high-pressure situations
  • Prior healthcare experience
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications effectively
  • Strong technological aptitude with the ability to adapt to different software platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the English language, both in reading and writing
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Skilled in conflict management
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, displaying empathy and compassion
  • Strong observation skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Capable of providing reassurance and support remotely
  • Demonstration of proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to address patient needs and concerns promptly
  • Effectively manage conflicts and navigate challenging situations that may arise during remote patient monitoring
  • Exhibit keen observation skills and meticulous attention to detail in identifying changes in patient behavior or condition
  • Collaborate closely with the healthcare team, escalating critical situations for prompt response and resolution
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working different shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the organization's needs
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be available for weekend shifts
  • Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications

  • Possession of a medical certificate or any relevant medical education is a plus, though not mandatory
  • Previous experience in customer service, front-facing roles, or administrative positions is highly desirable
  • Exposure to fast-paced environments with high-pressure situations would be advantageous
  • Prior healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Proficient in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Tagalog, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic and Spanish is considered an asset
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Skilled in conflict management
  • Previous experience in customer service, front-facing roles, or administrative positions is highly desirable
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize responsibilities effectively
