Nurse Navigator for oncology patients from diagnosis through care journey; coordinates and advocates for patient care, liaises with departments to ensure timely referrals and resources, provides language-specific education and psychosocial support to patients and families, educates about diagnosis, treatments, surgery, survivorship and follow-up, coordinates referrals and scheduling, identifies barriers to care (insurance/transportation) and supports patients returning to their communities; hybrid work arrangement with 1 remote day per week; BSN required with RN licensure and oncology experience; MSNs preferred; strong communication and advocacy to improve quality and access to cancer care.
