Job Summary
Greet patients, families, and visitors entering the facility, inform the front desk of arrivals, and answer questions professionally to provide a welcoming environment. Execute necessary actions, provide required paperwork, and collaborate with the front desk to ensure all patient needs are satisfied. Escort patients to and from exam rooms while ensuring social distancing guidelines are adhered to. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. This role supports the Patient Navigation team at TFH's Long Island City facility, a Federally Qualified Health Center serving homeless families and those regardless of insurance status.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Spanish
