Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments, monitor treatment responses, and perform ultrasound scans to track fertility progress. Provide triage support, educate patients on protocols and medication, and coordinate appointments, labs, and procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout each patient's cycle, collaborating with financial, embryology, and genetics teams to align treatment plans. Maintain accurate EMR documentation, track progress, and ensure adherence to care plans while offering emotional support and removing barriers. Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and an after-hours on-call rotation with additional compensation. May provide clinical RN support in the surgery center for pre-operative, intra-operative, and PACU duties.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas
- BSN preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience
- Experience in women's health, fertility, OB/GYN, or a related clinical setting
- Familiarity with EMR systems and patient coordination processes
- Clinical judgment and ability to escalate concerns promptly
- Empathetic communicator and educator with a patient-first mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Perform a variety of ultrasound scans as part of patient monitoring and fertility treatment protocols
- Experience with or willingness to train in scanning
- After-hours on-call rotation
- May be required to provide clinical RN support within the surgery center, including pre-operative, intra-operative/circulating, and post-anesthesia care (PACU) responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- IVF or reproductive endocrinology experience
