Job Summary
Patient Navigator role in Scottsdale, AZ supports fertility patients through education on procedures, scheduling and coordination of appointments/tests/referrals, and comprehensive care coordination with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include guiding treatment plans, EMR documentation, providing emotional support, advocating for patients, participating in quality improvement, educating patients on protocols and medications, tracking progress, following up on missed appointments, and rotating after-hours call coverage. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field and CMA certification; requires strong communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of healthcare systems and insurance processes; bilingual skills a plus. This is a full-time, onsite position with standard weekday hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, or related field preferred; CMA preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service, patient navigation, case management, or related healthcare role
