Lead patient navigation activities within the CH Navigation Center, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, reviewing/editing/obtaining pre-authorizations, and communicating with clinical staff/offices on pertinent patient information. Serves as the primary resource for escalations to mitigate caller issues and assists with employee onboarding and training. Delivers exceptional customer service aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
