Patient Mobile Liaison Technician responsible for delivering MyChart Bedside training and support to clinicians and patients, distributing and collecting bedside hardware, assisting patients with MyChart bedside app on personal devices, maintaining hardware inventory and cleaning per policy, advocating for system changes to enhance clinical usage and align with organizational goals, and triaging/troubleshooting with IT teams to resolve in-depth application issues.
