Join Alcanza as a Patient Liaison to support patient recruitment for clinical studies by executing pre-screening and scheduling, monitoring patient visits, and overcoming barriers to study entry.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a medical, healthcare, or medical research environment
- MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT or other medical license preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with therapy areas
- Customer service experience
- Calendar management/scheduling experience
- CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System) experience
- Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency
