Patient Liaison ( Patient Recruiter )

Job Summary
Conduct onsite patient pre-screening, scheduling, and eligibility evaluations through interviews, medical record reviews, and site staff discussions. Manage inbound physician referral leads and patient portal campaigns, while addressing barriers to study entry via transportation assistance and reimbursement programs. Own No-Show/DNQ tracking, triage, and optimization, ensuring timely updates to Clinical Conductor/CTMS for patient profiles and touchpoints. Drive screening numbers to meet regional recruitment goals and assist with new recruiter training. Support local community outreach events and represent the company with HCP referral partners.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma, or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a healthcare, call center, or medical research environment, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with computer applications such as email, electronic health records, and basic applications
- Ability to type proficiently (40+ wpm)
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic math proficiency
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed listening skills
- Ability to work well alone as well as in a team atmosphere
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changes in workloads and priorities
- Ability to be professional, respectful of others, self-motivated, and exemplify a strong work ethic
- A high degree of honesty and dependability
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to identify problems and help find solutions
- Ability to handle highly sensitive patient health information in a confidential and professional manner
- Compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT or other medical license
- Experience with therapy areas
- Customer service experience
- Calendar management /scheduling experience
- CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System) experience
- Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency
- High degree of honesty and dependability
