Patient Liaison (Patient Recruiter)

Onsite patient recruitment liaison supporting pre-screening, scheduling, and enrollment-focused activities across multiple sites. Responsibilities include conducting pre-screening and eligibility reviews, scheduling and rescheduling patient visits, tracking No-Show/DNQ, managing inbound physician referrals and patient leads, updating CTMS/Clinical Conductor, creating targeted call lists, and supporting outreach activities to educate and engage patients about clinical trials. Role requires handling sensitive health information under HIPAA, coordinating with site staff and HCP referral partners, and contributing to regional recruitment results. Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent plus at least 5 years in healthcare/medical research; bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a plus.
