Patient Liaison (Patient Recruiter)

Patient Liaison role supporting onsite patient recruitment for multi-site clinical studies. Responsibilities include conducting pre-screening and scheduling to ensure efficient enrollment, evaluating eligibility via screening interviews and records reviews, managing appointment schedules and follow-ups, tracking no-shows, handling inbound physician referrals, addressing patient barriers with support services (e.g., transportation and reimbursement), updating CTMS and patient profiles, and generating targeted outreach lists. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with EHR and CTMS, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a high degree of confidentiality per HIPAA. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred; background in medical/healthcare or medical research and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.
