Job Summary
Patient Liaison Officer role handling self-pay enquiries, converting enquiries to procedures, and providing accurate pre-consultation information and indicative pricing to patients and the NEC; responsibilities include facilitating access to appointments, booking self-pay patients into clinics, and effectively influencing patients to choose Circle Health Group. Requires strong multi-channel customer service, proficiency in MS Outlook/Excel/Word, and excellent English and interpersonal skills; 37.5 hours per week, full-time at Duchy Hospital, Harrogate (Circle Health Group).
Required Qualifications
- Customer service using telephone, written and face-to-face communications.
- Working within service performance standards.
- Proven influencing/sales skills.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
