Patient Liaison

Direct patients, visitors, and hospital personnel to the patient care unit while managing requests, messages, and mail distribution. Accurately enter and update patient data, order supplies, and maintain par levels in collaboration with the Nurse Manager. Perform 1:1s, answer call bells and phones, and execute unit errands such as retrieving wheelchairs or transporting discharged patients. Maintain a clean, safe, and functional working environment in the nursing station. Requires BLS certification, high school diploma, and excellent communication skills.
