Job Summary
Partner with patient journey stakeholders to uncover opportunities for transforming patient outcomes and bring Roche expertise into the ecosystem. Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche, sharing community needs, prioritizing resources, and driving solutions that deliver faster results. Remove roadblocks to unlock value, steward product lifecycles, and ensure great experiences across all stakeholder engagements. Lead cross-functional teams to co-create meaningful solutions while leveraging local and global networks. This role requires a system thinker with deep oncology knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and experience in agile methodologies. Based in Prague or the Czech Republic, this position offers a unique opportunity to drive generative disruption and improve healthcare access.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with TAE's and organizations
- Experience leading Cross-functional team
- Experience in both formulating cross-functional strategies and orchestrating cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen
- Deep understanding of patient journey(s) and related treatments in defined disease area(s)
- Broad understanding of Roche's present portfolio and future pipeline
- Robust understanding of medical affairs strategies and tactics including clinical research
- Fluent in local language
- Ready for active travelling
Desired Qualifications
- Experience partnering with PAGs
- Expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence in Oncology
- Able to understand and leverage digital means and tools
- Deep experience in agile ways of working
- University degree (scientific, economic, or business degree)
- An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA
- Practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies
