Patient Intake Specialist I

Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion, then register them accurately and efficiently. Collect payments in accordance with established procedures and direct or escort patients to appropriate locations as needed. Ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations, as well as hospital policies and procedures, while serving as an ambassador of Deaconess by fostering a positive, patient-centered experience. This role includes rotating weekends and holidays, with a schedule from 11:30am to 8:00pm Monday through Friday.
