Patient Flow Manager-Clinical Decision Unit

Facilitate flow through the Clinical Decision Unit and Express Admit Unit by delegating care, assigning patients, and balancing workloads to ensure quality and efficient care. Coordinate customer services and lead the patient care team to meet departmental objectives, assuming accountability for patient care services within the CDU and EXAU at the direction of the Clinical Director. Assist in coordinating interdepartmental activities and manage the 35-bed single-room CDU and 6-bed EXAU areas, including telemetry monitoring for cardiac patients. Perform multidisciplinary rounds Monday through Friday to collaborate with patients on discharge planning. Full-time schedule from 12pm to 12am with rotating weekends and holidays.
