Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating patient flow in the ambulatory surgery unit and the Endoscopy prep and recovery unit. Communicates with patients and families about surgical and endoscopic schedules, including any delays or changes. Collaborates with providers and clinic schedulers to optimize patient scheduling. Must have at least two years of experience working with patients, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
