Patient Flow Coordinator

The Patient Flow Coordinator is an entry-level management role responsible for coordinating the overall movement of patients through the emergency department (ED). Key responsibilities include facilitating timely patient evaluations, treatment, and discharges, delivering high-quality nursing care, mentoring staff, ensuring a safe and efficient unit environment, and collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes. The role requires current RN licensure in Kentucky, and either a Bachelor's or an Associate's degree in nursing. Preferred qualifications include three years of clinical management experience, along with certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and others.
