Patient Financial Services Supervisor

Manage daily Patient Financial Services operations and a multi-functional team to ensure timely processing, high throughput, and key performance goals. Direct staffing, hiring, onboarding, and work direction while overseeing performance management, compliance with HIPAA and payer rules, and corrective actions. Monitor productivity metrics, lead team meetings, and implement process and technology enhancements to drive efficiency and positive receivables outcomes. This role reports to the Director of Patient Financial Services within the Revenue Cycle Management department. Requires an Associate's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare and a minimum of six years in medical billing or healthcare finance.
