Contact patients to manage collections and clarify payment inquiries, while reviewing monthly accounts receivable to document actions taken. Register and reconcile deductible payments, update payment agreements with deadline tracking, and submit patient payment receipts. Handle and archive departmental correspondence, address patient requests from other departments, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and federal/state regulations. Protect confidential patient and pharmacy information.
