Job Summary
Oversee and optimize the Patient Financial Services revenue cycle across front- and back-end billing, collections, insurance follow-up, and financial counseling; manage Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, redeterminations, and billing; administer charity care and financial assistance programs; ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, maximize reimbursement, and promote equitable access to care; lead PFS staff, develop workflows, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payer and patient issues and support audits and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of patient financial services or revenue cycle experience
- Supervisory or management experience
