Job Summary
Oversees Patient Financial Services staff in the daily operations of billing, cash posting, and collections within the hospital revenue cycle; ensures compliance with State and Federal Rules and Regulations; drives AR resolution and KPI performance; collaborates with IT and payers to maintain CPT4, HCPCS, and revenue code accuracy; produces and presents reporting packages on a regular basis; develops and executes projects to reduce aged AR and enhance collections; fosters team communication, ongoing training, and adherence to compliance and HIPAA requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in healthcare, business or professional settings
- At least 2 years of people management experience
