Job Summary
Responsible for supporting management in billing and collection of accounts receivable for inpatient and outpatient accounts, cash application and reconciliation, and resolving customer service issues. Other duties include notifying patients/guarantors of liabilities, verifying insurance benefits, and assisting customers with billing questions. Handles inbound calls for billing inquiries, ensures insurance information is entered properly, processes credit card payments, completes customer service forms, and maintains weekly backlog. Schedule: Full-time, Days (Monday–Friday). Morristown, NJ.
