Patient Financial Representative Senior

Job Summary
Provide backup for business office functions by supporting billing, collections, reimbursement validation, cash posting, mail handling, scanning, sorting, assembly, copying, faxing, and data entry. Train Associates on organizational processes as required by the Manager and offer coaching and mentoring on transactional processes. Deliver work coverage for various operational units within the healthcare organization. This temporary, onsite assignment in San Antonio spans M-F 8-hour days for approximately three months. US citizenship or work authorization is required, with dental, vision, and medical benefits included. Prior healthcare/hospital experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience with insurance billing, collections, payment, and reimbursement verification
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- US citizen or current work authorization
- Ability to complete any required background checks or other screening
- M-F with 8 hour days
- The position is onsite
- no candidates outside of the San Antonio area will be considered

- Prior healthcare/hospital experience preferred
