Patient Financial Advocate`

Screen patients on-site at a medical facility in Dallas, TX to determine eligibility for State, County, and Federal assistance programs; initiate enrollment applications bedside or in the ER; maintain accurate records in the hospital system and on-site tracking tools; conduct face-to-face screenings and occasional home visits; coordinate with the Patient Advocate Specialist to ensure follow-up and positive patient relationships; maintain confidentiality and adhere to corporate compliance; preferred experience in medical coding/billing or eligibility, plus basic computer skills.
