Job Summary
Patient Finance Specialist role at Charlie Health focused on welcoming admitted clients, building rapport, coordinating care, and ensuring financial enrollment and insurance benefits are understood. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer/patient success or support role
- 1-2 years of Salesforce experience (or equivalent CRM)
- 1-2 years of experience using contact center technology
- 1-2 years of experience in customer financial discussions (health insurance knowledge a strong plus)
- Proficiency with cloud-based communication and software (Slack, G-suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom & EMR)
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
