Greet patients, families and visitors arriving at the hospital; coordinate communications between hospital staff, patients and their families; serve as information provider and work closely with volunteers to ensure patient and family needs are met; escort/guide patients and visitors throughout the hospital; provide direct information and support to patients, families, and external contacts.
Required Qualifications
