Job Summary
PFCC Specialist partners with the Director to guide PFCC and patient engagement initiatives, collaborates with leaders across departments to plan, develop, and implement PFCC strategies that align with Patients First and patient-as-partner principles, and contributes to continuous improvement across the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Responsibilities include guiding PFCC activities, enabling collaboration with frontline teams and governance groups, and applying knowledge of Saskatchewan's health care system, cultural safety, and reconciliation commitments to drive quality and safety improvements across the organization. Travel within Saskatchewan is required.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years leadership experience
- 3-5 years' experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a healthcare or management related discipline
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
